Terms & Conditions
The Tuition Loan is provided to those applying to higher education institutions (academic and technical) in Lebanon and abroad.
Repayment of the initial amount of the loan begins after one year from graduation date.
The repayment period is up to 10 years, starting from the first installment.
The bank can decide to exempt the borrower from the annual interest rates during the study period and the one year grace period. Those fees will be added to the initial amount of the loan and repaid according to an installment plan lasting up to 10 years.

Interest
Any interests, expenses, commissions and charges incurred on the loan shall not exceed an annual rate of 3%.

Required documents
Filled application form
Copy of Identity Card
Attestation of residence
Letter of acceptance from the educational institution, showing the annual tuition fee
Certified salary statement (if the applicant is an employee)

- The bank has the right to request any other guarantees or documents it deems necessary.

Documents required from the guarantor
All above mentioned documents (except the application form), as well as financial statements for the last three years, if guarantor is self-employed.

What’s the next step?
Applicants can submit their request for the loan directly at any branch of the Lebanese Canadian Bank. They will receive notification of the approval or decline within two to three working days.
